About Trove Cocktail Bar
Trove Cocktail Bar sits on Level 1 at 175 George Street, on the corner of Elizabeth Street in the Brisbane CBD. Its cocktail list is built on Australian botanicals and served beside share plates, mains and a late-night menu. The rooms are dressed in dark timber, bookshelves, chandeliers and velvet. For a full takeover, Exclusively Trove gives a group the entire level, with a private bar, an open-air balcony and dedicated amenities, for 88 seated or 180 standing. The Velvet Room is a semi-private lounge whose curtains close for privacy or open onto the bar, holding up to 60, and a DJ set-up can be added for a fee. The Library is a smaller retreat for 10 with doors to the balcony, and the Gallery Room seats 12 or holds 25 around a communal table with a built-in TV. Canapé platters of 10 pieces cover crostini, sushi balls, arancini, sliders, pies and bao buns, with a minimum of 10 guests. Seated groups have an alternate-drop menu at $65 per person for two courses or $85 for three, and cheese and charcuterie boards are available too. Beverage packages run from two to four hours, with cocktail-on-arrival and spirit upgrades. Trove hosts birthdays, corporate cocktail events and Christmas functions, so send an enquiry to check availability.

What food is offered for functions?
Choose canapé platters of 10 pieces from $65 a platter, cheese or charcuterie boards from $140, or a seated alternate-drop menu at $65 per person for two courses or $85 for three. Pre-orders are due 72 hours before the event.

The standard package is $54 per person for two hours, $77 for three or $99 for four, and the premium package is $76, $95 or $120. Extras include a cocktail on arrival at $20 per person and a cocktail hour at $60 per person.
How do I secure a booking?
A 25% deposit confirms the booking, and tentative holds last 32 hours. Final numbers, packages and the balance are due 14 days before the event.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes. Outside cakes are welcome with a cakeage fee of $40 for groups under 40 or $55 for larger groups, but other outside food and drinks are not permitted.
