About The Tivoli
The Tivoli is a heritage theatre on Costin Street in Fortitude Valley, known for decades as a live music stage. Outside its gig calendar the whole building can be hired for private and corporate events. Hiring the venue gives you the main floor, the large stage and the mezzanine, with an art deco interior that suits both formal and party styles. The layout is flexible, so the room can be set with dining tables or left open for dancing. Full venue hire takes up to 1,500 guests, which puts it in the range of company-wide Christmas parties, staff recognition nights and gala dinners. Smaller staff parties and cocktail-style launches also work, with the space styled to suit the brief. Catering runs from canapés through to formal sit-down dining, and the licensed bar can be set up as a private bar for your guests. Food and drink packages are chosen with the events team when you plan the night.
