The Beaumont is a venue at 608 Ann Street in Fortitude Valley, with a rooftop beer garden, a pool area and a large indoor events room. Its kitchen turns out share plates and stone-fired pizzas built on Queensland produce, and a functions team handles corporate and social events. The Beer Garden is an expansive rooftop with exposed brick, timber beams and plenty of greenery, mixing covered and open-air zones. It holds up to 350 standing or 400 seated, can be split into as many as five sections, and a full upper-level buyout takes 600. Smaller bookings can reserve half the rooftop for 100, a quarter for 50 or a bar-side corner for 15, and the Cabanas give a group roped-off booth seating. The Aviary is a semi-private indoor room beside the open kitchen, seating 60 or holding 150 standing, with its own sound and a TV. Main Room is a single large-format space for up to 700 standing or 250 seated, with a stage, dynamic lighting, live-feed capability, booths, a lounge and a dedicated bar. It is hired exclusively and can have a private entrance. Catering includes canapés priced by the piece, feasting plates shared between four, and boards and platters. Drinks run on packages of two to five hours, bar tabs with a minimum spend or a cash bar, and DJs and bands can be accommodated.
