About The Fitzgerald
The Fitzgerald is an exclusive-use event space on the first floor at 190 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley. It sits inside a heritage-listed building in the heart of the Valley's music and nightlife strip. The room has soaring ceilings with exposed beams, red brick walls, large windows and skylights. By day it is bright and open, and at night the lights drop and it takes on a club feel. Up to 100 guests fit comfortably for a standing party. Every booking is private, with your own bar staff, security on the door, furniture, a sound system and a rig of party lights. There are two ways to run food and drinks. A BYO hire lets you bring your own catering and drinks while keeping all the venue inclusions, and a fully catered option covers food and beverages so you can simply turn up. The team works with caterers, photographers and DJs it knows well and can point you towards them. For work events, the space comes with a PA system, a large TV screen, chairs, a kitchen and bathrooms. The Fitzgerald hosts birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, workshops and photoshoots.
