About Sure Thing Chapel
Sure Thing Chapel is a small, Vegas-inspired wedding chapel on Old Cleveland Road in Capalaba, on the Redlands Coast. It keeps the disco balls and neon of the theme but dresses them in black and white, with room to keep celebrating after the vows. The chapel is one styled space with a ceremony area, a heart wall, a lightbox sign that displays your names and a separate beauty space for getting ready. There is plenty of free parking out front. The full function space holds up to 50 guests cocktail style or 30 seated at long tables. Ceremony-only packages cater for 10 to 30 guests, while the all-day package gives you the whole space for up to ten hours, from prep through to an after party finishing by 10pm. For a sit-down meal, the private dining option brings in a private chef serving a shared roast feast to the table, with printed menus and in-house styling. You can also bring your own caterer, who works from the rear car park, or arrange a food truck out the front. Drinks are BYO. Staff look after the bar, ice, glassware and refrigeration and serve your drinks for you, with sensible limits on the amount of alcohol. Besides weddings and elopements, the space hosts vow renewals, marriage proposals, bridal showers, private dinners and photo shoots when it is not booked for a wedding. The full-day package with a ceremony, after party and up to 50 guests is $6,950, and the VIP reception with a private chef starts from $5,650. Private dinners for 10 to 20 guests start from $1,650, with extra guests at $50 each and extra time at $150 per hour.

You can instead bring an outside caterer to work from the rear car park, arrange a food truck at the front, or bring your own food. Wedding cakes can be added in three sizes.

Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, drinks are BYO. Staff serve them from the venue's bar using its ice, glassware and refrigeration, and limits apply to how much alcohol can be brought in. Deliver your drinks on the morning of the event so they are cold in time.
What food options are there?
The private dining option includes a private chef and a shared roast menu for a minimum of 10 guests. Alternatively, a caterer can work from the rear car park, or a food truck can set up at the front.
How late can a party run?
The longest package runs for up to ten hours, and parties finish by 10pm. Dancing cannot be extended past that time.
How do I secure a wedding date?
A non-refundable reservation fee of 30% of the package price holds your date and the included suppliers. The balance is due four weeks before the wedding.
