About Fitzy's Loganholme
Fitzy's Loganholme is a large local pub on the corner of Bryants Road and the Pacific Highway. Along with its dining room, sports bar and outdoor terrace, it runs a dedicated function centre with a private bar, bathrooms and a spacious foyer. The ballroom seats 350 for a banquet or holds 500 for a cocktail party. The Waterford, Sheldon and Carbrook rooms are smaller and can be booked alone or joined in pairs for 300 to 350 standing guests. Every room has high ceilings and a colour-changing LED lighting system you can match to your theme. The upper and lower terraces outside offer a semi-private, tropical setting for up to 100 people. The kitchen covers canapés, platters, two- and three-course plated or shared menus, a roast carvery and a bespoke buffet. Breakfast, lunch boxes and coffee breaks are also available for daytime and corporate events. Drinks can run on two-, three- or four-hour packages in classic, premium or deluxe levels, on a bar tab you control, or as a cash bar. Spirits and arrival cocktails can be added on top. There is no venue hire charge for celebrations; rooms are booked against a minimum spend that depends on the date and style of event. Canapé packages are $30, $41 or $50 per person for four, six or eight pieces. Plated menus are $77 per person for two courses or $89 for three, with shared menus at $72 and $83.
The roast carvery buffet is $50 per person and the bespoke buffet $70 per person. Corporate room hire runs from $290 for a day booking of the Carbrook or Sheldon rooms.
Food
Buffets range from a roast carvery to a bespoke spread with stew, salmon, lamb ragu and lasagne. Platters, breakfast menus and lunch boxes round it out, and allergies are catered for where possible.
Beverages
You can also run a bar tab to a set limit or let guests buy their own drinks.

How many guests can the function centre hold?
The ballroom seats 350 or holds 500 standing. The Waterford Room takes 200 standing, the Sheldon Room 120 and the Carbrook Room 80, and pairs of rooms can be joined for 300 to 350 standing guests.
Is there a room hire fee?
Not for celebrations. Rooms are offered against a minimum food and beverage spend, which varies with the date, time and style of event. Corporate bookings use day and evening room rates instead.
What catering is available?
Canapés start at $30 per person for four pieces, with a minimum of 20 guests. Plated menus run from $77 per person for two courses, the roast carvery buffet is $50 per person and the bespoke buffet is $70 per person. Share platters that feed eight to ten guests are also available. Self-catering is not permitted.
What is included with a wedding reception?
Wedding bookings include an event coordinator, a dressed bridal table and cake table, chair covers and sashes, centrepieces, a bridal backdrop and a parquetry dance floor. The wedding buffet is $85 per person for 30 or more guests, and plated wedding menus start at $80 per person.
What audio-visual equipment is provided?
Each function room comes with roving microphones, a lectern, a ceiling-mounted projector and screen, wifi and music connectivity. The LED lighting can be set to your chosen colours.
