About Mount Gravatt Hotel
The Mount Gravatt Hotel sits on Logan Road on Brisbane's southside, with a sports bar, a family bistro and several areas set aside for private events. Its function areas range from a corner of the bistro bar to an open-air beer garden. The Function Room is the private option. It seats 45 or holds 100 standing, comes with its own amenities and opens onto the courtyard, and it can also be set up boardroom or theatre style with a projector, screen and microphone. The Terrace is a covered, open-air space full of natural light that can be booked in full or in part, seating 60 or holding 100 standing. The Beer Garden has picnic tables and takes 90 seated or 150 standing for exclusive use, weather permitting. For smaller dinners, the Bistro Bar seats 25 to 30. Food comes as share platters for ten to twelve guests, such as Aussie party food, cocktail bites, seafood, sandwiches, pizza and desserts, or as two and three course alternate-drop set menus, with buffets on request. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, though a celebration cake can be arranged with the team beforehand. A deposit secures the date, and minimum spends can apply in some areas at busy times, so send an enquiry with your plans.

Private events in the Function Room are listed at $150, and exclusive use of the Beer Garden at $250. Minimum spends may also apply, depending on the space and the time of year, and the team confirms them when you enquire.
What food packages are there?
Two-course alternate-drop set menus start at $35 per person and three courses at $45 per person. Platters for ten to twelve guests run from $70 for fruit to $120 for seafood, and buffets can be arranged on request.
Can the Function Room be used for a meeting?
Yes. A corporate meeting setup in boardroom or theatre style is $200 and includes linen, a projector and screen, a microphone, and tea, coffee and water stations.
Can we bring our own cake?
Celebration cakes and desserts are allowed if you discuss them with the team before the day. Other outside food and drinks are not permitted.
