About Massimo Restaurant & Bar

Massimo Restaurant & Bar is an Italian restaurant on the boardwalk level of the Riverside Centre at 123 Eagle Street. It looks straight across the Brisbane River to the Kangaroo Point Cliffs and the Story Bridge, and the Riverside ferry terminal sits just behind it. The restaurant borrows its relaxed mood from the Amalfi Coast, with bright interiors, modern styling and wide views over the water. The kitchen focuses on fresh pasta and focaccia made in house, Queensland seafood and quality meat. For a private group, the dining area at the bridge end can be closed off with a curtain and seats up to 40 at a mix of banquettes and chairs angled towards the view. The Ferry Side suits a cocktail-style gathering of 25 to 40, with built-in banquette seating and room to move. The outdoor bar area is weather-protected, with day chairs, dry bars and umbrellas looking over the river. Take the entire restaurant and you can seat 110 or host 135 cocktail-style, with booths and tables arranged to suit, including breakout areas or a dance floor. Function menus cover canapé packages, seated Italian banquets and two-hour beverage packages, and the team will tailor them to your group. Dietary needs can be looked after with enough notice, and there is ramp access from the bridge end of the venue.
