About Lake Eden Weddings
Lake Eden Weddings is the wedding arm of North Lakes Hotel at 22 Lakefield Drive, North Lakes. The hotel sits beside Lake Eden, a quiet lake ringed by parkland, and every room looks out over the water. Ceremonies take place on the Boardwalk Deck at the lake's edge. The ceremony hire runs for up to three hours with chairs, a registry table, a Bluetooth sound system and an indoor fallback if it rains, and it is only offered to couples holding their reception at the hotel. There are three reception rooms. Garden Island is a flexible room with wide lake views, the Bribie Room is a larger, more traditional space, and King Island offers a rustic feel for smaller receptions. The kitchen runs cocktail, buffet and alternate drop menus. Cocktail receptions centre on canapés and sliders, the buffet offers a choice of mains, sides and desserts, and the plated option is a three-course alternate drop, with vegan and gluten-free choices on the canapé list. Each package includes a three-hour beverage package of beer, wine, soft drinks and juice. Your cake is cut and plated by staff, and linen, a microphone, speakers and a lectern are supplied. The wedding team helps plan the day and can introduce decorators, DJs and transport providers. The hotel's lake-view spa suite suits getting ready, and around 80 rooms and apartments are available for guests.

Can we hold the ceremony at the venue?
Yes. Ceremonies are held on the Boardwalk Deck beside Lake Eden, with a wet weather backup. The deck is only available to couples who also book their reception at the hotel.
