About Hotel HQ
Hotel HQ is a neighbourhood pub on Kingston Road in Underwood with a bistro, a sports bar, a gaming lounge and plenty of on-site parking. It runs three function areas, each with food and drinks packages and AV support. The Kuraby Room is the fully private option. It seats 60 or holds 80 to 100 standing, comes with a projector and microphone, lets you play your own music, and opens out onto a deck for bigger celebrations. The Deck is a semi-private outdoor space beside the sports bar for 30 seated or 50 standing, suited to relaxed get-togethers and sports fans. Garden Dining is a semi-private outdoor bistro area for 40 seated or 60 cocktail-style, near the kids' zones. The kitchen offers platters from $70 to $195, two-course set menus from $50 per person and three courses from $60, plus a classic buffet at $80 per adult for groups of 30 or more. Low-gluten, low-dairy, vegetarian and vegan options are marked throughout. Drinks packages run for two to four hours, from $43 per person, with premium and deluxe levels. Hosts can also set up a bar tab on consumption or a cash bar, and cocktails on arrival can be added. For work events, the Kuraby Room has half-day and full-day delegate packages with a whiteboard, Wi-Fi, projector and screen. Send an enquiry to check dates and build a package.

Food
The buffet includes roast beef and pork, Thai chicken curry, baked fish, salads and desserts. Dietary options are marked on every menu, and the team asks to be told about allergies in advance.
Beverages
A cocktail on arrival is $18 and a spirits upgrade is $29 per person, for 50 or more guests. Hosts can also run a bar tab on consumption or a cash bar.
