About Hillstone St Lucia
Hillstone St Lucia sits on Carawa Street inside the St Lucia Golf Links. The house began in the 1880s as William Dart's family homestead, was later the Indooroopilly Golf Club's original clubhouse and is now heritage listed. The Grandview Room is the main hall, with 5.5-metre ceilings, golf course views, staging and two ceiling projectors. It holds 800 for a cocktail event or 420 at tables, and opens onto the Mango Tree Terrace, a lit outdoor bar area under a heritage-listed tree. The Rosewood Room has polished floors and a private veranda for up to 100 standing or 90 seated. The Library Bar takes up to 100 for drinks, with its own indoor bar and a terrace over the greens. For weddings there are two outdoor ceremony sites: the Courtyard Garden for up to 100 and the Fountain, which suits 100 to 200. Each is paired with a reception room, and there is a wet weather plan for both. Hundred Acre Bar, the venue's restaurant, has four smaller event spaces for 15 to 80, including a rooftop for 30 and an open-air pavilion beside the mini golf course. Its packages start with canapés and share-style feasts. Food is prepared on site, with breakfasts, day delegate menus, cocktail packages and plated dinners. Drinks run on timed packages or a bar tab, bars close at midnight, and the team can hold a date for seven days while the booking is finalised.

Breakfast packages start from $53 per person, and day delegate packages are $74 for a half day or $88 for a full day. At Hundred Acre Bar the cocktail package is $37 per person for 15 or more, and the share-style package is $68 per person for 15 to 26 guests.

Plated dinners are served alternate drop, and add-ons include oyster and sushi stations, roaming cannoli, cheese boards and dessert stations. All dietary needs can be catered for.
