About The Polish Club Milton

The Polish Club Milton, run by the Polonia Polish Association of Queensland, is one of the state's longest-running ethnic clubs. It sits on Marie Street in Milton, on the edge of the Brisbane CBD, and shares Polish food, drink and culture with members and visitors alike. Downstairs, the Events Hall is the main function space. It holds up to 150 guests, opens onto a courtyard and has its own licensed bar and a kitchenette with an oven for warming prepared food. The hall takes breakfast, all-day and evening bookings, and over the years it has hosted weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, concerts and dance groups. Upstairs, the restaurant and bar can be hired for private events such as birthdays, christenings, weddings and work breakfasts, including sit-down buffets. The bar alone suits groups of up to 20, and a boardroom seats about 10. The club kitchen can cater for private functions and meetings, cooking the restaurant's Polish dishes such as pierogi, cabbage rolls and potato pancakes. With restaurant hire there is no kitchen access, so food comes from the club or from your own caterer, and drinks are bought from the bar. Rates are quoted to suit each event, and the team is happy to show you the spaces first. Send an enquiry to arrange a viewing or check dates.

Venue hire rates are not published; the club quotes a rate to suit each event. Bar sales are charged on top of restaurant hire.

Food

Catering comes from the club's own kitchen, which cooks traditional Polish dishes such as pierogi, cabbage rolls, potato pancakes and hunter's stew. Restaurant hire can include a sit-down buffet, or you can arrange your own caterer, since the kitchen is not open to hirers.

Beverages

Every space runs off the club's fully licensed bar, which stocks Polish beers and a wide range of Polish vodkas. Drinks are bought at the bar.

Had polish food for my first time, the staff explained about food and drink very kindly. My friend and I enjoyed their food especially we loved Klopse(meatballs). Many beer options were great.
