About The Last Man Standing Brewery
The Last Man Standing Brewery is the Milton home of the LMS lager brand, on Castlemaine Street directly opposite Suncorp Stadium. It runs as a working brewery, pub and restaurant, with a large main bar, generous outdoor terrace space and a function area that can be booked privately. Events here scale from about 20 people up to 500. The spaces work indoors, outdoors or across both, with private bars and a stage for live bands, so the set-up can shift from a seated dinner to a standing party. The team is happy to build an event around a theme, whether that means decorations in club colours, a DJ, a footy rewatch, a boxing night or a hosted bingo session. A big screen, smoke machine and DJ booth are available, along with AV for speeches. Food ranges from canapés, pizzas, sliders and share platters through to a three-course seated meal. Drinks come as standard or premium beverage packages, with the brewery lagers in full and mid strength and other Australian beers on tap. For Christmas, teams can take exclusive hire of the space with a private bar on Thursdays and Fridays, or join a shared party night on Saturdays with an optional games host for the first hour. Packages are priced to your numbers, so send an enquiry with your headcount and preferred date.
