About Club Pine Rivers
Club Pine Rivers is a bowls club on the corner of Sparkes and Francis Roads in Bray Park, in the Pine Rivers district of Moreton Bay. Alongside its greens it runs Shades Restaurant, Sparkes Cafe and a sports bar, and its events team hires out spaces across the whole club. The main function room is the club's main private option. It has its own restrooms, bar, stage and dance floor, seats up to 200 and takes 220 for a cocktail party, with a minimum of 50 guests. A boardroom for up to 15 suits smaller meetings. Outdoors, the main deck beside the bowling green holds 250 standing or 200 seated and can be split for half-size groups. Shades Deck is a smaller semi-private outdoor area for 60 standing or 45 seated, and there is an undercover container bar right by the greens. Inside, the restaurant areas give groups a semi-private table: the Shades Mezzanine seats 45, The Cove takes 40 standing near the bar and TVs, and Sharkes holds 40. The cafe and lounge can be booked whole or in part and styled casual or formal. Catering covers one, two and three course plated meals, alternate drop lunches and dinners, roast buffets, platters and cocktail selections. The team can supply linen, centrepieces, balloons, a photo wall and a photo booth, plus a projector, screen, lectern, microphones and house sound. Barefoot bowls is the club's signature extra. No experience is needed and staff show first-timers how to play. Book it by itself or tack it onto any of the function spaces.

How many people can Club Pine Rivers hold for a function?
The main deck by the bowling green holds the most people, at 250 standing or 200 seated. The private function room seats 200 or holds 220 cocktail style, and smaller areas such as The Cove, Sharkes and Shades Deck suit groups of 30 to 60.
Is there a minimum number of guests for the function room?
Yes. The private function room needs at least 50 guests. Smaller groups can book the boardroom, one of the restaurant areas or part of a deck instead.
What food can the club provide?
Packages include one, two and three course plated meals served alternate drop, roast buffets, platters and cocktail selections. Corporate bookings can also order snacks and self-serve tea and coffee.
Can we add barefoot bowls to a party?
Yes. Barefoot bowls works as an event in its own right or as an extra on top of any space you hire, and staff teach beginners how to play. It suits birthdays, team building days and social groups.

The function room has a stage, dance floor and private bar. The club can supply TVs, a projector and screen, lectern, corded, radio and lapel microphones, house music, linen, centrepieces, balloons, a photo wall and a photo booth.
