About Brighton Hotel
The Brighton Hotel is a pub on Brighton Terrace in Brighton, a few blocks back from the waterfront on Brisbane's northern bayside. It has a bistro, a sports bar, a beer garden and motel rooms, and it runs a function offer across three spaces. The Function Room is the private option, given over entirely to your group. It holds up to 60 for a cocktail event or 50 seated, and it comes with your own music and a projector screen, which suits speeches, slideshows and work presentations. The al fresco dining area sits close to the main bar and can be set for a sit-down meal of about 30 or a standing event of about 50. For a more casual get-together, a shaded section of the beer garden takes up to 50 with easy access to the bar. Food comes from the pub kitchen as share platters, each with 30 pieces, from sandwiches and pizza to seafood, antipasto and Aussie party favourites. Corporate packages cover morning tea, a meal and afternoon tea, and the menus include vegetarian, vegan and low gluten choices. Drinks packages come in three tiers for two, three or four hours, and a bar tab can be set to a limit you choose and topped up during the event. Guests can also buy their own drinks at the bar. The basic package is $48 per person for two hours, $61 for three and $75 for four. Premium runs $59 to $87 per person and deluxe $71 to $98 per person. Spirits can be added for $29 per person and a cocktail on arrival for $18 per person.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Set menus, canape packages and drinks packages all need at least 20 guests. A bar tab on consumption or guests buying their own drinks is also an option for smaller groups.
Can we bring a cake and decorations?
Yes. There is no cakeage fee, and decorations are fine as long as they aren't messy and don't bother other guests in the pub. Dietary needs should be noted when you book.
