About Bardon Bowls Club
Bardon Bowls Club is a casual community club on Bowman Parade where groups book barefoot bowls by the lane. A two-hour game costs $12 a head, or $60 for a full lane of six, and the club supplies everything you need to play. Children under 12 bowl free with their parents, as long as an adult keeps an eye on them. Lanes run in two-hour blocks from Thursday to Sunday, and tables are booked separately from the bowls. Food trucks rotate through each week, and Gerbino's catering boxes can be added for parties. The bar pours craft beer at club prices, and the outdoor area is licensed until 8pm before everyone moves inside. For a bigger adult crowd, up to 20 guests get two picnic tables with gazebos at no charge, while larger groups prepay a $110 bar tab per table. Kids' birthday parties have their own green and set time slots, priced at $220 for two tables or $330 for three, with the fee turned into a bar tab on the day. The clubhouse function room takes 150 or more guests and suits birthdays, weddings, wakes and corporate events. It has a private bar, a large stage, its own bathrooms and flexible layouts, with a drinks package built into exclusive hire. Party hosts need a social membership, which is $10 for two years, so send an enquiry with your date and numbers.

Frequently asked questions
How much does barefoot bowls cost?
A two-hour game is $12 per person, or $60 for a whole lane of six players. The club provides the bowls and gear, and children under 12 play free with a parent who supervises them.
How many people can play on one lane?
Each lane takes a maximum of six bowlers, and the club says six is the ideal number for a game. Larger groups can book two or more lanes side by side.
Can we bring our own food and drinks to a party?
No. The club is fully licensed, so BYO drinks are not allowed, and outside food is limited to a birthday cake and light snacks. Food trucks are on site and Gerbino's catering boxes can be added to a booking.
How do kids' birthday parties work?
Parties run on Friday afternoons and in two weekend slots, on a family green with gazebo-covered picnic tables. Two tables cost $220 and three cost $330, converted to a bar tab on the day, and the jumping castle is $10 per child aged 2 to 10.
Do we need to be members to hold a function?
Yes, anyone hosting a function must be a club member. A social membership costs $10 for two years, and you collect your card from staff when you arrive.
