About Celebrated Moments
Celebrated Moments is the business of Krista Webb, a Brisbane marriage celebrant who has been marrying couples since 2010. Her style is easy-going and welcoming to every couple, with room for humour, a few happy tears and the traditions you want to keep, while leaving out the ones you don't. Before becoming a celebrant, Krista taught drama at high school and worked in event management. Both show in how she paces a ceremony and keeps nervous couples calm, and every ceremony is written from scratch rather than from a template. There are three packages. Simply Married covers the legal paperwork and a brief three to five minute ceremony, with online meetings and a limit of ten guests. The Love Story Lite suits elopements and weekday weddings, with a semi-custom ceremony chosen from a curated selection. Her full package is completely bespoke, with planning sessions in person or online, a rehearsal at your venue, a keepsake copy of the ceremony and printed vow cards. The two personalised packages include vow-writing guidance with an e-booklet, use of her wireless PA system, a presentation marriage certificate and travel within 50 kilometres of the Brisbane CBD. Krista also works as an MC. The process starts with a free chat to see if you are a good fit, then moves through the legal paperwork and shaping the ceremony and your vows. Couples have married with her at venues such as the Calile Hotel, Walkabout Creek, Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens and Hillstone. Krista only books a set number of weddings a year. How much does Celebrated Moments charge for a wedding ceremony?
Simply Married is $550, The Love Story Lite is $1,050 and the fully bespoke package is $1,395. Each one includes the legal paperwork being prepared and lodged for you.
What is included in the Simply Married package?
The paperwork plus a brief three to five minute ceremony, with meetings held online, a visa letter if needed and the option of exchanging rings or a personal vow. It is limited to ten guests.
Which package suits an elopement or weekday wedding?
The Love Story Lite is designed for elopements and weekday weddings. It uses a lightly personalised base ceremony and is not available on Saturdays between 12pm and 5pm.
Is travel included?
The two personalised packages include travel within 50 kilometres of the Brisbane CBD, with a surcharge beyond that. Travel limits also apply to the Simply Married package.
Will Krista help us write our vows?
Yes. Her personalised packages include vow-writing guidance and an e-booklet, plus printed vow cards on the day, so you can say something personal without starting from a blank page.
