About Three Meadows
Three Meadows is a private 50-acre property on Sunnycrest Lane in Bangalow, in the green hills of the Byron hinterland. Alongside a rebuilt five-bedroom house and a two-bedroom cottage, the estate has dedicated event spaces for gatherings of up to 60 people. The main function space is The Shed, an all-weather room designed to work in any season. It comes with a fully fitted commercial kitchen and multimedia facilities, so it suits a cocktail party, a family celebration, a product launch or a day of workshops. For eating outdoors there is The Pavilion, put together from timber and materials salvaged from the property's original orchard. It looks out over the blue-green hills and is set up for long lunches in the daytime or candlelit dinners after dark. The estate hosts private celebrations such as 50th and 60th birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties and family reunions. Business groups use it for team retreats, with room for team-building sessions and smaller private areas for break-out groups, and wellness groups book it for workshops. The events manager builds each package around the booking, arranging catering and entertainment with a private chef, event stylists and local wine specialists who know the property. Massages, beauty treatments, wellness instructors and transfers can be added through the in-house concierge.
