About Byron Bay Services Club

Byron Bay Services Club sits at the south end of Jonson Street in Byron Bay, within walking distance of the town centre. It has a relaxed, welcoming feel, with a bistro and café, sports and TAB areas, and two rooms set aside for private functions. The Pandanus Room is the larger of the two. It seats up to 120 guests at a mix of round and long tables, or 180 in theatre rows, and has a private bar, a digital projector and screen, two cordless microphones, a lectern and a whiteboard. The Anzac Room suits smaller gatherings and gets plenty of natural light. It seats 30 to 40 guests at tables or 50 to 60 in theatre style, and a soundproof partition can split it into two meeting rooms for 10 to 15 people each. Food comes from the club kitchen. The function buffet costs $38 per person for 30 or more guests, with two hot dishes, two salads, two sides and two desserts chosen from a set list. A plated menu for 20 or more, served alternately, runs from $49 per person for two courses to $63 for three. Share platters, a Christmas menu and canapés designed by the head chef are also available. Every room is air-conditioned and comes with AV gear, a PA and wifi. The club hosts birthdays, Christmas parties, school reunions, graduation dinners, weddings, conferences and business meetings, and its staff help plan the details. Send an enquiry with your date and numbers to check which room is free.
