About The Hamsa Room @ Naïm
The Hamsa Room is the wine bar run by the team behind Naïm, a restaurant cooking modern Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food in Paddington. It brings the same flavours into a relaxed bar setting, with natural wines, craft beers and its own cocktails. The room is small and personal, with patterned tiles along the bar, hamsa charms on the white brick walls and space for 26 guests. For a function, the whole bar is yours. There are two ways to book it. Evening hire runs Thursday to Saturday from 6pm to 10:30pm, with the full bar menu of cheeses, charcuterie and desserts served canapé style and a basic drinks package included. The private weekend brunch runs on Saturday or Sunday from midday to 3pm. Guests sit down to the long lunch menu, three courses of signature dishes from the restaurant menu, shared family style, with a welcome drink on arrival. Drinks can be extended with an all-night package or a 90-minute package of prosecco, wine, beer and cider. Last drinks at evening events are called at 9:30pm. The venue lists birthdays, hens parties, anniversaries, corporate events and Christmas parties among the functions it hosts. Yummy food, great atmosphere, and lovely staff. Had the lamb shank banquet and it was a hit with my parents and I. Also cool that they have a whole plant based menu that is just as enticing as the meat and fish one.
