It comes with its own bar and an outdoor courtyard, high tables and a dance floor area, and it holds 40 to 70 guests. Room hire is $350 and covers the room for up to five hours, with steward service, house music you can turn up or down, and black table linen. A microphone, whiteboard and big-screen TV with HDMI can be added on request, which suits speeches and slideshows. The Sports Bar can be set aside as a semi-private function area for 40 to 50 guests, with high tables, a dance floor, a lounge area and the big screens. After 8pm, or once entertainment starts, it is for adults only. Function food is either share platters, each built for ten guests, or a two-course seated menu of grazing-table entrée followed by alternate-drop mains. Guests can also order from the restaurant menu in some areas, and drinks are bought at the bar or put on a bar tab. Day functions run from 8am to 3pm and evening functions from 6pm to 11pm, and the tavern asks for at least 14 days' notice. Send an enquiry to check your date.
