About Jardin
Jardin is a small botanical wedding venue in Samford Village, set in a barn-style building that once housed the local Rural Fire Brigade. Owners Michael and Louise Cruice restored it and filled it with statement pots, greenery and natural light. Every booking includes private use of the whole property: 96 square metres inside and around 200 square metres outdoors, including a tiled covered forecourt and a designer garden. The space takes up to 50 guests for a cocktail-style celebration or 30 at a seated dinner. The signature package runs a ceremony inside, drinks in the garden and a long-table dinner set up indoors, wrapping up by 9pm, for up to 30 guests. A shorter package pairs the ceremony with a garden cocktail gathering for up to 50, finishing at 6pm. Catering and drinks are arranged through Jardin's preferred suppliers and paid for directly by the couple. A grazing table with linen is set up as standard, and canapés or grazing boards can be organised on request. Ceremony chairs for up to 40, a signing table, outdoor umbrellas and seating, an internal speaker and a staff member to help on the day are included. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has parking at the rear. Wedding bookings begin from 12pm and the venue can be hired on any day of the week, with viewings by appointment. A two-hour elopement for up to 20 guests is $1,400 Monday to Thursday. Catering and drinks are extra, and heavy cleaning beyond the standard clean is charged at $150 an hour.

What time does a wedding finish?
The ceremony and cocktail package wraps up by 6pm. With the dinner package, the reception runs until 9pm, when music and noise must stop.
