About Hibiscus Room @ Jindalee Bowls Club
Jindalee Bowls Club sits on the corner of Sinnamon Road and Yallambee Road in Brisbane's western suburbs, close to the Centenary Highway by the Jindalee bridge. As well as bowls, the club hires out its function hall, the Hibiscus Room, to the public. The Hibiscus Room has a separate entrance, so guests walk straight into the hall rather than through the clubhouse. Split system air conditioning keeps it comfortable, and the windows face the bowling greens on one side and the neighbouring golf course on the other. The club lists wedding receptions, parties, dinner dances, classes, meetings and indoor markets among the uses for the room. Its photos show the hall set with long banquet tables, white linen and dressed chairs for seated dinners. A fully working kitchen sits at the end of the room with direct access into the hall. You can bring in your own food or your own caterer, and the club's fully stocked bar can serve your guests. Outside there is a barbecue area with shade and seating, and there is plenty of parking. Both bowling greens can be added to a booking, and barefoot bowls with bowls supplied and a little coaching makes an easy add-on for corporate groups. Send an enquiry to check dates.
