About Beenleigh Tavern
Beenleigh Tavern is a local pub on Distillery Road with a bistro, sports bar, alfresco area and large onsite car park. Its functions team runs private events across several parts of the venue. The function room is a warm, roomy space booked exclusively, seating 70 and holding 100 standing. For a bigger crowd, the bistro and function room can be taken together for 220 seated or up to 500 standing. The sports bar can be booked exclusively for up to 400 people, while the sports bar verandah suits a smaller semi-private group of about 40. The alfresco area seats 50 and fits 80 for a more casual outdoor party. Catering is built around share platters, from charcuterie and seafood to sliders, skewers and yum cha. Gluten-friendly and vegan platters are on the list, and the kitchen works around other dietary needs where it can. Drinks packages run for two, three or four hours at standard or premium level, with spirits and arrival cocktails available as extras. A bar tab or a cash bar are the other options. Can I bring a cake and decorations?
Yes. There is no cakeage fee for bringing your own cake, and decorations are welcome as long as they are not messy and do not affect other guests.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, wheelchair access is through the bistro side of the venue. There is also a large onsite car park.
