About Aspley Central Tavern
Aspley Central Tavern is a relaxed local pub on Gympie Road in Aspley, on Brisbane's northside. Alongside its bistro, covered deck and sports bar, it has a function room set up for small and medium groups. The sports bar shows live sport, and the bistro keeps its pub meals easy on the wallet. On its own, the function room seats up to 20 guests for a private lunch or dinner. Open it into the neighbouring deck and it takes up to 60 for a stand-up buffet or a cocktail-style party. For work events, the room can be arranged classroom style, in a U shape or around a boardroom table. A large TV screen takes a wireless connection from your laptop for presentations, and morning and afternoon teas make daytime meetings simple. Catering covers morning and afternoon tea, lunch, dinner, or canapés with drinks. Share platters for 8 to 10 people are $120 each, with a cheese and charcuterie board, a hot party mix, a vegetarian platter and filled baguettes on offer. Food and drink packages are put together to suit your budget.
