Christmas Party Venues in Ipswich & Springfield

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

End-of-year parties in Ipswich & Springfield come down to a choice between a racecourse in Bundamba and two pubs in Springfield. The racecourse suits a team that wants an event, while the Springfield pubs suit a dinner and drinks close to the office parks.

Christmas party choices across the region:

Ipswich Turf Club in Bundamba hosts race day packages, a grandstand lounge with a private bar, and gala dinners for over 200 seated.
Springlake Hotel at Springfield Lakes has a four-room function centre with canapé packages from $30 per person.
Orion Hotel in Springfield Central offers semi-private areas near the stage from a $500 minimum spend.
For several hundred staff, the racecourse events centre and the Springlake Grand Pavilion are the two big rooms.
For a team of 30 to 75, Orion's decks and the Springlake Terrace are the easier fit.

Both Springfield pubs offer timed drinks packages or a tab, so the budget can be set before the night.
