About Pink Petals
Pink Petals is a small floral studio in Greenbank, run by founder and designer Leanne. Before flowers she spent years in admin and finance and worked as a bridal hair and makeup artist, then trained formally with a Certificate III in floristry. Every arrangement is her own design, and the gallery shows real weddings rather than stock or AI images. Weddings are the main focus: couples fill in a quote form with their date and ideas and usually hear back within a day. Quotes hold for 14 days, and a 20% non-refundable booking fee secures the date. About three months before the wedding, Leanne runs a consultation – at the Greenbank studio or online – to check the inspiration still fits, then writes the design and orders stems. Orders for bouquets only are welcome too. Fresh flowers lead every design, and when a chosen bloom such as hydrangea is out of season, good-quality faux or preserved stems can be blended in at no extra cost. On the day, ceremony pieces can be moved across to the reception, and a pack-down service collects flowers and hired vases at the end of the night; both are charged by the hour plus travel. Beyond weddings, the studio designs florals for events and businesses: table centrepieces, reception and entrance arrangements, flowers for gala and presentation nights and corporate gifting, along with pieces for birthdays and baby showers. How do I get a wedding flower quote from Pink Petals?
Send an enquiry with your date, venue and inspiration. Leanne usually replies within about 24 hours with a quote or a few questions, and the quote stays open for 14 days before the date is released.
What secures my wedding date?
Once you accept the quote you receive an invoice and a services agreement. A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is due within three days, and the date is locked in once it is paid.
Can the ceremony flowers be reused at the reception?
Usually yes, depending on timing and the venue. Moving the arrangements is charged hourly, including time spent waiting for the ceremony to start, and extra flowers may be needed if pieces change shape.
Can we hire vases and candles for the day?
Yes. A bond is taken on hired vessels and refunded after they are checked. You can return them within three days, or book the paid pack-down service so the studio clears everything at the end of the night.
Does Pink Petals do flowers for events other than weddings?
