About 123Boom Brisbane
123Boom Brisbane is a live-action game where your team plays its way through six rooms styled like video game levels. It sits at 100-108 Wickham Street in Fortitude Valley, where Barry Parade meets Gotha Street. Rather than escaping a single locked room, players move from challenge to challenge. Casual Chaos tests communication across shared screens, Loko Laser is a beam maze, Banana Ball blends quiz questions with aiming, Retro Runner has a lava floor and Whaka Whaka is a light-up take on whack-a-mole. The last room, K-Boom, asks the team to defuse a paint bomb before it goes off. Everyone is suited up in a waterproof jumpsuit, face shield and shoe covers, and wash basins and lockers are on site. Sessions last about 75 minutes and are private to your group. Teams take two to eight players, and two games run at once, so bigger groups split into teams and play side by side. Groups of nine or more send a group request. The venue runs group options for birthdays, hens and bucks parties and corporate team building. Players must be 12 or over with an adult, and teams without an adult must be 15 or over. Send an enquiry with your date and numbers to book.

Frequently asked questions
How many people can play?
Each team has two to eight players. Two games run at the same time, so groups of more than eight split into teams that play side by side. Groups of nine or more send a group request to plan the booking.
Is there a minimum age?
Players must be at least 12, and anyone aged 12 to 15 needs an adult playing with them. Teams without an adult must all be 15 or older, and under-18s without an adult must bring a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.
Will our clothes get paint on them?
Each player is given a waterproof jumpsuit plus a face shield and shoe covers, though dark clothes you don't mind marking are a good idea. Wash basins are on site if paint lands on clothing, and lockers hold your belongings.
How long does the experience take?
A session lasts about 75 minutes across the six rooms. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in at reception, as late entry is not permitted once your session has started.
Can we bring food or drink?
No food or drink is sold or allowed inside, and the game is not compatible with alcohol, so players who have been drinking may be turned away. Fortitude Valley has plenty of places to eat before or after.
