Dalton Catering is a fully licensed event caterer based in Fortitude Valley, with more than 20 years of weddings, corporate functions and private parties behind it. The team brings restaurant-style food and service to wherever the event is held, from a home dinner party to a large wedding reception. The menu styles cover most kinds of event. Stand-up options include canapés, cocktail menus, food stations and grazing tables, while seated guests can have fine dining, set menus or shared tables. The open fire service is the signature: meats and produce are cooked and smoked over wood, in the open or under the Fire Dome, so dinner becomes part of the entertainment. There are also breakfast and brunch menus, high teas, kids' party food and plant-based vegetarian and vegan menus. Weddings are handled one couple at a time, with no fixed packages. Dalton caters at Brisbane venues such as Hanworth House in East Brisbane, The Black Brisbane in Albion and Merci Event Space in Hawthorne, as well as on charter boats on Moreton Bay and on North Stradbroke Island. Corporate clients use the team for store openings, product launches, conferences and Christmas functions. For smaller occasions, delivered catering covers canapés, finger food platters, grazing boards and petit fours.
