About Ab Fab Catering
Ab Fab Catering has cooked for Brisbane functions for more than 25 years, working out of its kitchen in Woolloongabba. The business is run on a simple idea of fresh produce prepared well and served with a smile, and it handles everything from morning teas for a meeting to large evening receptions. Menus come in two ranges. Red Label covers conference and corporate catering, including the house-baked sweet and savoury morning teas, sandwiches, all-day packages, BBQs, buffets and set-budget finger food. Black Label is for special events such as galas, building openings, product launches, engagement parties, anniversaries and birthdays. It includes cocktail menus, fine dining, gourmet BBQ and beverage packages. A big part of the offer is people. Ab Fab supplies trained hospitality staff and bar service, so a host does not have to worry about drinks or clearing plates. It holds a house policy for responsible alcohol service. The team is a preferred caterer at many venues around the city. It has catered at the State Library at South Bank for 18 years, serving roaming canapés and grazing stations on the terrace or seated dinners for up to 130.
