Chez Nous Catering is a family-owned Brisbane caterer based in West End. The name means 'our house' in French, and the idea behind it is home-style care with a professional finish. Much of the menu draws on the family's Greek heritage, blended with flavours from other cuisines and fresh local produce. The team caters for a wide spread of occasions. On the private side that includes birthdays, kids' parties, christenings, baby showers, bridal showers, kitchen teas, engagements and cocktail parties; on the business side, boardroom meetings, product launches, networking events and office Christmas parties. Menus can be picked from set packages or designed from scratch around your theme, budget or a particular ingredient. For weddings, Chez Nous offers signature menus or a custom menu for sit-down dinners and cocktail receptions held off site, and it is the exclusive caterer at The Joinery in West End, an industrial-style room that seats about 200, or 300 for a cocktail party. Beyond the food, the events team can help find a venue, organise styling and table flowers, and handle set-up and pack-down. Wait staff, chefs and event managers are available seven days, with minimum shifts for each. Special touches such as dessert stations, themed food carts, lolly buffets, ice-cream bars and antipasto grazing stations can be added, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests are looked after – send an enquiry for a quote.
