Bucks Party Venues in Coldstream

How Bucks Party Venues Actually Work

Tokar Estate on Maddens Lane is the Coldstream venue listed for a bucks group. The family grows, makes and bottles its own wines on the estate, and a group can take over the restaurant on its own for lunch or dinner, seven days a week.

There is no set sitting time on group functions, so a long lunch can stretch out across the afternoon. The deck looks over the vines towards the mountain ranges.

Ways to set up the day:

Exclusive restaurant – up to 80 seated, or 100 for a cocktail-style function, with the room to yourselves
On the deck – canapés and welcome drinks before the meal, added as an extra to a function menu
Two or three courses – function menus start from $75 per person
More than wine – local beer, cider, cocktails and alcohol-free drinks sit alongside the Tokar Estate wines
The tab – run a bar tab with a limit, let everyone pay as they go, or take a free-flowing package

Send an enquiry with the date and how many are coming.

Lunch and evening bookings are taken seven days, so a Friday or a Sunday works as well as a Saturday
Seated groups fit up to 80 in the restaurant, while a standing crowd can reach 100
A capped bar tab keeps the spend predictable if one person is covering the drinks
The cellar door is a restored old family barn with a marble bar, open lawns and a pergola strung with festoon lights

On the table and at the bar

Function menus come as two or three courses, served at the table
Canapés on the deck can open the afternoon before everyone sits down
The hospitality leans on the family's European roots
Alcohol-free options are on the drinks list for anyone driving home
