School Formal Venues in Primbee

Choosing the Right School Formal Venue

Inside Port Kembla Golf Club in Primbee, a year 12 committee will find a private room, a kitchen and a dance floor under one roof.

Formals are part of the regular function calendar for the club's events team.

Points formal committees ask about in Primbee:

Cohort size: banquet tables for as many as 130, or a cocktail layout for 175.
Privacy: the Melaleuca Room sits at the back of the building, apart from the public bar.
Dinner: a plated or shared meal, or roaming cocktail food From $38 per person.
Dancing: a floor ready for the DJ, plus a microphone for the principal and the captains.
Photos: the course outlook makes a backdrop, and a photo booth can be added.

Free parking helps parents with drop-offs at the start and pick-ups at the end of the night.

Confirm student and teacher numbers early, since the sit-down menus have a minimum.
Soft drink packages suit an under-18 crowd and are charged per head for the length of the night.
Raise allergies and dietary needs when you choose between plated and shared service.
A screen in the room handles a slideshow of the cohort's school years.
