Clear allBeer in Bulli comes with a backstory. Resin Brewing makes its small batches inside the old Bulli Railway Guest House at 8 Station Street, a building from 1887 that sat empty for years before its restoration, and the brewing tanks stand right beside the indoor bar.
What a group booking at Resin looks like:
Everything is brewed on a 1000-litre system with Australian hops and the taps change monthly, so the paddle you taste depends on when you book.

At least four. Larger groups can ask about group rates, and parties of 20 or more should email ahead so space can be set aside.
A guided walk through the site's history and the brewing process, then a seated tasting led by the brewer with a paddle of four Resin beers. Tours are from $35 per person.
Yes. A burger and chips can be added to the tour, and the kitchen's seasonal menu is designed to match the beer, including gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free choices.
It sits beside Bulli Station in the old railway guest house on Station Street, and there is street parking plus the station car park next door.
