Pole is just one of the choices at Achieve Pole Studio. The Dunning Avenue studio in Rosebery also teaches chair, burlesque, lap dancing and aerial yoga, and any of them can become a private 90-minute party for a hens group, a girls night or a team outing.

Instructors here are used to complete beginners of every shape, size and fitness level, and past hens groups describe mixed fitness and no pole experience at all.

Sparkle and Spin: bubbly on arrival, spins, transitions and floorwork, a photo session and an instructor show
