Wedding Reception Venues in Wheelers Hill

Two main reception rooms anchor a Wheelers Hill wedding at Mulgrave Country Club, each holding 150, and the Mulgrave Room opens up to take 300. You'll find the club where Wellington Road meets Jells Road, with around 400 parking spaces for guests.

Its own kitchen handles the catering, from cocktail-style receptions from $40 per person through to two or three course banquets.

What each space brings to the wedding:

• The Mulgrave Room – its own bar, a dance floor, a portable stage and audio built into the room, taking 300 with its extension in use.
• The Panorama Room – 150 guests, a private balcony, and its own dance floor and private bar.
• The Terrace – a smaller outdoor reception of up to 60, with heaters, fans and drop-down blinds.
• The Heritage Room – an intimate dinner for up to 50, with a bar just outside the door.
• The Cabana Area – four booths seating up to 50 between them.

Wedding guests don't need to be club members; they sign in at the door. There is nothing extra for the couple to arrange on that front.
