About Ivory Heart Events
Ivory Heart Events is a wedding and event décor hire company with a showroom in Dingley Village, open by appointment. Couples and event planners can view pieces in person, compare colour palettes and get styling advice before choosing what to hire. The range runs to more than 100 items. Arbours and backdrops include acrylic arches, crystal LED frames, drape walls, velvet backdrops and cherry blossom trees and canopies. Artificial florals cover centrepieces, bridal table sections and cascades, and ceiling pieces such as floral chandeliers, draping and fringing, alongside crystal chandeliers, candelabras and candles. Furniture includes black, white and mirrored bridal tables, a white gloss stage, cake tables, plinths, Chanel and clear Phoenix chairs and statement sofas. Gloss dance floors are installed to size, with optional custom decals. For signage there are freestanding welcome signs and seating charts, frames, panels and acrylic boards. Ceremony packages can bring together an arbour or backdrop, arranged guest chairs, aisle styling, a welcome sign on an easel, a signing table and everlasting florals. Beyond weddings, the team styles engagements, milestone birthdays, private events and corporate functions such as launches and galas. Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every order carries a $1000 minimum, which you can reach by combining pieces from across the range, from arbours and florals to furniture and signage.
Is there a showroom I can visit?
Yes. The Dingley Village showroom is open by appointment, so you can see pieces up close, explore colour palettes and talk through your plans with the styling team.
Do you deliver and set up?
The team delivers, sets up and packs down across Melbourne, and arranges the pack-down time with your venue so nothing needs to be handled on the night.
What size dance floor do I need?
A common guide is space for about a third of your guests to dance at once. The team helps work out the size for your venue, and floors can carry a custom decal.
Do you style events other than weddings?
Yes. Styling is also offered for engagements, milestone birthdays, private events and corporate functions such as product launches, networking evenings and galas.
