Wedding Reception Venues in Maribyrnong

Booked as Level One Exclusive, the entire first floor of Anglers Tavern becomes a reception space for up to 150 seated guests or 300 at a cocktail-style celebration, with the Maribyrnong River outside its tall windows.

Guests arriving from the ceremony come up through their own entrance and arrival point, and with two bars on the floor nobody waits long for a drink.

How the reception can be laid out on Level One:

• A seated dinner for up to 150 across the combined floor.
• Up to 300 for a cocktail reception with roaming canapés.
• The River Room alone for a smaller wedding of up to 140 seated, with its courtyard door.
• The Chifley Room for an intimate reception of up to 80 seated.
• Two bars working at once when both rooms are booked.

Canapés are priced from $37 per person, and the events team helps map out the running order from arrival to the last song.
