Christmas Party Venues in Flemington

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

Work teams wanting a game built into the end-of-year party can book Flemington & Kensington Bowling Club at 407-411 Racecourse Rd. Colleagues take turns on the synthetic green before the speeches and the bar.

Hire runs seven days a week, so a weeknight December date is possible.

Matching the team to a space:

A small crew in the covered outdoor area, which holds 15 to 50
A department in the Roy Gerbing Room, which takes 30 to 100 and has pool tables
A whole company in the Main Hall, for up to 300 standing
Rinks of 20 colleagues who swap in and out
Year-end speeches from the Main Hall stage, with projector and screen

The club quotes on request – enquire with your team size and date, or to see the rooms first.

The company brings its own caterer – the club suggests caterers and food trucks it works with.
Ten taps of craft beer and cider sit alongside wine, spirits and alcohol-free drinks.
BYO drinks aren’t permitted.
A bartender for the Roy Gerbing Room’s private bar is available through the club.

Bowls for a mixed-seniority team

No experience needed – bowlers go barefoot or in flat shoes.
Rotating players keep the whole office involved without long waits.
Those who would rather watch can stay inside behind the big windows.
Once the bowls wraps up, the Main Hall dance floor is there for the keen ones.
