Wedding Reception Venues in Essendon

Windy Hill, the social venue at the Essendon Football Club's home ground on the corner of Napier and Brewster Streets, uses its Premiers Room for weddings – an event space looking over the city that seats 160.

Windy Hill for the wedding day, in brief:

• Seated: 160 guests in the Premiers Room, or 250 for a cocktail-style reception.
• Pre-dinner drinks: the Hi Marque Room overlooks the oval toward the city, with a private bar for up to 90.
• Menus: two- or three-course seated dinners, cooked by the venue as sole caterer.
• Drinks: packages from two to five hours, a bar tab or a cash bar.
• Pricing: minimum catering spends apply in each room, from $2,250 minimum spend.

Staff can arrange balloons, linen, flowers and a DJ or jukebox for the first dance, and a lift serves every floor for older guests.
