The Prince Mark Hotel is a Doveton pub with a private Front Bar for up to 100 guests, a good fit for a bucks party.

How Bucks Party Venues Actually Work

Prince Mark Hotel runs a separate bucks package that uses its sports bar, apart from the private Front Bar it hires for other functions. The local pub sits at 28A Princes Hwy, Doveton, with a bistro and free parking on site.

A bigger crew wanting its own room can take the Front Bar, which holds up to 100 with an exclusive entrance.

What the groom’s crew can work with:

The sports bar bucks package – ask what it covers when you enquire
Two pool tables in the Front Bar for a running competition
A jukebox playlist, since live music and DJs are restricted
Five-hour Front Bar packages from $1,000 room hire, platters and staff included
A bar tab folded into the larger packages

Send an enquiry to compare the sports bar package and the Front Bar for your group.

Each Front Bar package includes platters, with more food at the higher tiers.
Extra platters can be ordered individually.
Sliders and dessert platters make a late refuel.
The bistro on site works for a meal before the night starts.

Before locking it in

Security is part of Front Bar packages as required.
On-site parking helps if a designated driver collects the crew later.
A digital photo booth can be hired to capture the groom’s night.
Private bathrooms come with the Front Bar, keeping the group self-contained.

Venues for Bucks Parties, Explained

Does Prince Mark Hotel offer a bucks package?

Yes. A separate bucks package uses the sports bar; send an enquiry for its details.

Can the bucks have the Front Bar instead?

Yes. It takes cocktail parties of up to 100 on five-hour packages from $1,000 room hire, with its own bar, pool tables and jukebox.

Is a DJ allowed at a Doveton bucks night?

No. The licence restricts DJs and live music, so the jukebox carries the music.

Do the Front Bar packages include drinks?

The larger packages include a bar tab, and food and beverage staff come with every package.
