Christmas Party Venues in Coolaroo

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

End-of-year parties are one of the bookings the Coolaroo Hotel's function room takes, alongside its birthdays and weddings. For a work team, the Barry Maffra Room on Maffra Street brings a private bar and a projector for the year in review.

Whole-company crowds can use the full room for 300 standing or 200 seated, while a single department can take the Barry side alone, for 100 standing or 70 at tables.

Matching the room to the team:

Office drinks after work – cocktail packages bundle five hours of room hire with platters and a starting bar tab.
A sit-down Christmas dinner – two-course set menus from $40 per person, served alternately, for 30 guests or more.
The thank-you speech – a stage and microphone are already in the room.
Video messages or a slideshow – the projector and presentation set-up handle it.
Dancing once the formalities end – the dance floor is part of the room, and DJs are welcome.

On-site parking is free for staff who drive. Send an enquiry with your preferred December date and head count.

Set menus are priced per head from $40 per person, which makes a team budget simple to divide.
A starting bar tab comes in the cocktail packages, alongside linen, AV, staff and security.
Platters with mixed skewers, antipasto, seafood or an Asian selection feed a stand-up crowd.
Layout and catering can be tailored by the team to the numbers you confirm.

Cabaret style seats 120 across the room.
