Christmas Party Venues in Broadmeadows

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

End-of-year speeches, a December barbecue and a deck by the track can all fit into one office function at The Deck @ The Meadows. The venue lists presentation-style functions alongside celebrations, which suits a Christmas event that opens with a word from the managing director.

Find it at 80 Northcorp Blvd, Broadmeadows, within The Meadows.

Ways a team Christmas party can run:

Thank-yous and a year-in-review on the audio-visual screens
Drinks and canapés for up to 150 colleagues
A sit-down lunch or dinner for 60
A barbecue on the deck using the BBQ packages
A drinks cost agreed upfront through a beverage package

Pricing is not published; an enquiry with your headcount and preferred date will bring a quote.

Roving canapés with antipasto platters keep a mingling team fed.
Two or three plated courses suit a smaller, more formal department.
Dietary choices sit across the menus, covering a mixed workforce.
All food comes from the on-site chef; external caterers aren’t allowed.

Drinks within budget

A bar tab managed by staff lets the company cap its spend, then switch to pay-as-you-go.
Basic, standard and premium packages give finance a per-head figure to approve.
Pay-your-own drinks suit a relaxed team catch-up rather than a full company event.
Ask about a race night if colleagues would enjoy the greyhounds too.
