Birthday Party Venues in Broadmeadows

Choosing the Right Birthday Party Venue

A milestone birthday beside a racetrack is what The Deck @ The Meadows does. This party room within The Meadows grounds in Broadmeadows pairs an indoor room and private bar with a wide timber deck facing the greyhound track.

Heating and split-system cooling mean a winter 40th works as comfortably as a summer 30th.

Shapes a birthday can take here:

A cocktail party for up to 150, with roving canapés plus antipasto platters or dessert boards
A family sit-down for 60 over two or three courses
A BBQ package cooked for the deck, letting guests drift between the bar and the turf
A race-night celebration beside the 525m starting boxes
A slideshow of the guest of honour across the room’s audio-visual screens

Outside catering is not allowed apart from celebration cakes, so the cake is the one thing to bring from home. Pricing comes by quote – mention numbers and the menu style you like in your enquiry.

Guests start in the modern indoor area with its own bar, then wander through the doors to the deck.
Younger guests can gather on the artificial turf laid out by the track.
Standing numbers reach 150 while seated dining tops out at 60 – a big friends’ party or an intimate family meal.
The group has the space privately rather than sharing a bar with the public.

Cake, food and the tab

Everything is cooked on site by the in-house chef, from canapés to plated mains.
Menus carry dietary choices, which helps when grandparents and toddlers share a table.
A staff-managed bar tab lets the host cover a set amount before guests take over.
Basic, standard and premium beverage packages fix the drinks cost in advance.
