Wedding Reception Venues in Muswellbrook

Planning a Muswellbrook racecourse reception

• Date: functions are held between race days at Skellatar Park, so check your preferred date with the club early.
• Enquiry: the club asks for the date, occasion, rough numbers, start and finish times and which space you want.
• Spaces to name: Silks for the reception, the Garden Bar & Café for a smaller group, or the grounds for the ceremony.
• Setting: Silks sits beside the members' lounge on the club's upper level.

Ceremony and drinks at Skellatar Park

• Ceremony spots: the lawns and garden beds suit a service in the open air.
• Shade: trees across the grounds give guests somewhere cooler to stand.
• Winter weddings: the Garden Bar & Café has air conditioning, with log fires lit in the colder months.
• Larger groups outside: seating can spill into the gardens when numbers outgrow the Garden Bar & Café.
