Clear allJuniper, cardamom, turmeric, citrus and native plants grow in three acres of gardens around the stills at Distillery Botanica, and many of them end up in its gins, vodka, rum and liqueurs. The craft distillery at 25 Portsmouth Road in Erina was founded by master distiller Philip Moore, who spent two decades growing herbs before turning botanicals into spirits.
