What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

Regatta Hotel gives an office Christmas a riverfront pub with a coordinator running the night. Its four floors of rooms cover a quiet executive dinner just as easily as a whole-company party.

Regatta Hotel for an end-of-year function:

Executive table: the Henley Room cellar seats 22, and its screen handles a quick year in review.
Department drinks: the Thornton, Gailey and Gazzard rooms sit along Level 1, next to a bar looking over the courtyard.
Whole firm: Level 1 in full takes 260 standing or 96 at tables.
Later in the night: The Underground's basement bar fits 200 when booked whole.
Restaurant takeover: The Boatshed seats 170 for an exclusive event.

The CityCat pulls in at the front door, which saves the office a car-park scramble.

Seated Christmas menus start from $75 per person.
For mingling, staff carry canapés around the room.
Timed drinks packages keep the tab predictable.
Mics and a screen are supplied for the speeches.
