Brooke's Party Hire is a party hire and event styling business working from an appointment-only office and warehouse in the Narangba and Burpengary area of Moreton Bay. The team styles birthdays, baby showers, first birthdays, milestone parties and weddings across Brisbane and Ipswich. Balloons are a big part of the work. Garlands, columns, helium bunches and number stacks are made to order in your colour scheme, often paired with a backdrop – metallic shimmer walls, timber ripple arches and panels, greenery walls, barn backdrops or custom satin drapery. The hire range goes well beyond balloons. There are pastel soft play pens with picket fencing for little ones, event furniture and kids' tables, linen and table styling, lighting and flooring, marquees and market umbrellas, themed cut-outs and props such as plinths, wishing wells and giant teddies. Signage runs from easel welcome signs to custom framed prints, and a vintage-phone audio guestbook records spoken messages from guests. For weddings, a bridal collection covers arbours with artificial florals, aisle styling and reception details. Ready-styled packages can be delivered and installed, while grab-and-go packages and smaller props can be collected by appointment. Does Brooke's Party Hire deliver and set up?
Yes. The team delivers, installs and packs down hire items, usually between 7am and 10pm. Someone should be on site to confirm placement at a private address, and the team can work with venue staff instead.
Can balloon colours and backdrops be customised?
Yes. Many items can be matched to your colour scheme or theme. Air-filled latex installs can last several weeks indoors, while foil helium balloons usually float for two to three days.
Can I collect items myself?
Smaller props, backdrops and signage can be picked up from the warehouse by appointment. Larger items need the team's vehicles and installation skills, so they are delivered and set up for you.
Is there a minimum spend?
On-site bookings carry a minimum spend that depends on where the event is, at $275 or $550 once GST is added. A 10% deposit secures the date, and the balance is due 14 days before the event.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks ahead is recommended, especially in spring and summer. Late requests are taken where stock allows, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
