About Adorn Event Hire
Adorn Event Hire is an event hire, styling and floral design business working from a showroom in Eatons Hill, north of the city. It was started by Amanda, its creative director and floral designer, and works at hotels, function centres and private properties around Brisbane. The hire catalogue covers furniture and the details that dress a room: Malawi and Tiffany chairs, timber dry bars, charger plates, gold cutlery, lanterns, drink dispensers, seating-plan frames, easels, arbours with draping and light-up marquee letters. Clients build a wishlist online and submit it for a tailored quote. There are two ways to book. Dry hire suits hosts who want to style their own event, with the team personally delivering the pieces. The full styling service starts with a consultation and mood board, then the team sources any extra vendors, delivers, sets up, packs down and cleans up afterwards. Floral design sits alongside the hire, from ceremony arrangements and arbour florals to bouquets and table centrepieces, in fresh or faux flowers. Can I hire items from Adorn Event Hire without booking styling?
Yes. Dry hire is available for hosts who want to set up their own event. You choose items from the catalogue, submit your list for a quote and the team delivers the pieces personally.
What does the full styling service include?
A consultation at the showroom, over video or at the venue, an itemised quote, a mood board and styling proposal, liaison with other vendors and your venue, then delivery, set-up, pack-down and cleaning.
Do they provide flowers as well as hire?
Yes. Floral design is done in-house, including ceremony arrangements, arbour florals, aisle flowers, bouquets, buttonholes and table centrepieces, using fresh or faux flowers.
What deposit is needed to secure a styled wedding?
Once the quote is approved, a 30% non-refundable deposit secures the hire items and team, rising to 40% when the job needs custom pieces built or furniture and staging brought in from other suppliers. The final invoice is due four weeks before the date.
Can I see the hire range in person?
Yes. The showroom in Eatons Hill is open by appointment, and a visit can be used to go over final details before the event.
