About Ballooncrew2u
Ballooncrew2u is a balloon decorating business based in Birkdale, in the Redlands. Its main local area is the Redlands and Brisbane, and it delivers and installs throughout Brisbane and its surrounds. The founder, Amanda, began her career delivering balloons for a party store before setting up her own crew. The signature piece is the organic balloon arch: a garland of at least 6–7m of mixed-size premium latex balloons formed on a commercial arch frame with a base span of 2.5–3m, in up to five colours and installed on site. It can be upgraded with double arches, larger backdrops, custom signage or branding, plinths and props, foil numbers, chain links or star points, and florals or greenery. For something more classic, a 3m traditional spiral arch suits presentation nights, sporting club functions, school events, birthdays, engagements, weddings and grand openings. Smaller orders include chunky double-number bouquets with giant foil numbers and latex balloon clusters. For hosts who want to decorate themselves, Ballooncrew2u sells DIY garland packs and hires helium tanks from Birkdale. Bespoke 360-degree installations are designed around the client's inspiration images, colour palette and event space. Delivery, set-up and return collection are priced separately according to location and venue. Pack-down can be arranged, with an option to donate the balloons to an aged care facility. Balloons last longest out of direct sun and heat. Send an enquiry through Party Hero with your date, venue and colours.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in a Ballooncrew2u organic balloon arch?
A garland of at least 6–7m of premium biodegradable latex balloons in mixed sizes, formed on a secure arch frame with a base span of 2.5–3m, up to five colours, and professional installation on site.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery, set-up and the return trip to collect the arch are quoted separately based on your location and venue, and added to the product price on the invoice.
Can the arch be used outdoors?
Yes, but latex balloons fade and lose shine in direct sun and heat, so an outdoor arch should be placed in shade, and lighter colours tend to hold up better than dark ones.
Can I decorate the party myself?
Ballooncrew2u offers DIY garland packs with everything needed to build your own garland, and helium tanks can be hired and collected from its Birkdale base.
What happens to the balloons after the event?
Pack-down can be booked if required, and there is an option for the crew to donate the balloons to an aged care facility, subject to conditions you can discuss when booking.
